Everyone deserves a second chance.

When I look back at my life journey, I have worked in the areas of sports promotion, sports marketing, public relations, advertising, outdoor media and print media over the previous years. I would say I was a communication professional. Due to the nature of my work, I needed to frequently travel around different cities in mainland China and the Asia Pacific region. Alone on such trips I like to read books. I read according to my interests, and over time, I covered a wide variety of subject areas. Some years ago, I suddenly became aware that I could be reading in a more systematic way through studying in some programme; in that way I could study during my business travels. This is how I obtained my Doctor of Business Administration. I was a communication professional, and now I have become an educational professional and business consultant.

About three years ago, I decided to stay in Hong Kong where I was born and raised, my home town. At some point there I remembered how I liked drawing very much when I was small. I also became aware that I had directed many outdoor advertising projects in mainland China and the Asia Region. Although they were commercial advertisements, I still believe that at least some of them carried certain amount of art and cultural elements. Inspired by such reasoning, I completed my Diploma of Fine Art in CUSCS recently. Now I am trying to further explore myself in coordinating my previous knowledge and experiences, consolidating them, and pushing them towards a new horizon. I believe my life approach of trusting my interests will lead me the way.

Where will I go? Art? Design? Experience Design? I am exploring this second chance.

Everyone deserves a second chance.
